Marlton office seeking a Part-Time office assistant with Long-Term goals.
We are looking for a cheerful, organized and extremely detail oriented individual to join our team.
Qualified candidates will have the following skills:
* Required proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to do basic formulas, formatting, etc).
* Great telephone speaking skills
* Excellent written skills and email capability
* Detail oriented
* Mac proficiency a must.
* Prior office assistant experience a must.
Duties include:
*Data entry, excel spread sheets, customer quote sheet creation, and more.
*Checking purchase orders and quotes for accuracy
*Answering telephones
*Shipping & Receiving mail/packages
*Email communications with customers and sales reps
*Filing and general office organization
This is a part-time position. Monday - Thursday 9am - 2pm. Some weeks working Friday will be required.
Must be comfortable with a dog in the office.
Casual dress / environment.
Position available immediately.
